Care

All items are considered fragile, handle with care. 

Keep out of direct sunlight to prolong longevity of all dried florals.  

Processing Time

Items that are in stock will be prepared and processed within 24-48 hours of ordering.

    Shipping

    Currently only shipping to Canada.
    All packages are shipped with a tracking number using Canada Post.
    Offering free curb side pickup or free local delivery within 10km of Crystal Beach Ontario (automatically available at checkout if applicable). 
    Free shipping when you spend $200 or more, using code FREESHIP200

    Returns

    All purchases are final.
    Returns are generally not accepted unless the item you receive is not as described or arrives damaged. If somehow your order arrives damaged, please reach out to oak.meadow.co@gmail.com with pictures of the damage within 7 days. After 7 days it may no longer be eligible for refund or replacement.
    If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you. Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
